About JND Transport and Logistics Pty Ltd
Moving Australian freight with care, discipline and consistency
JND Transport and Logistics Pty Ltd is a Melbourne-based transport, freight and logistics company serving businesses across metropolitan Melbourne, regional Victoria and interstate corridors. We exist to make freight simple for our clients - dependable pickups, honest timelines and freight that arrives exactly as it left.
Our story
JND Transport and Logistics Pty Ltd was founded on a simple observation: too many Australian businesses were dealing with missed pickups, vague delivery windows and freight partners who were impossible to reach when it mattered most. We started with a small fleet, a small group of trusted drivers and a commitment to doing the basics exceptionally well.
From our base in Melbourne VIC, we have grown steadily by focusing on the fundamentals - clear communication, well-maintained vehicles, properly trained drivers and route planning that respects both time and fuel. Today we support retail, manufacturing, e-commerce and trade clients with linehaul runs, last-mile delivery, palletised freight movements and flexible logistics support.
We remain deliberately hands-on. Every consignment is tracked internally, every driver is known to us personally, and every client has a direct line to a real person who can answer questions about their freight. That is how we believe transport should be run.
Our linehaul operations connect Melbourne with regional Victoria and interstate corridors.
What we value
Reliability above all
A delivery window is a promise. We plan conservatively, communicate early and treat every pickup and drop-off as a commitment our clients can build their own operations around.
Care for every load
From fragile palletised goods to time-sensitive commercial stock, we load, secure and handle freight as if it were our own. Proper restraint, clean trailers and disciplined handling are non-negotiable.
Honest communication
If a route is delayed by weather or traffic, we say so - before you have to ask. Straightforward updates, no excuses and no jargon, so you always know where your freight stands.
Safety first, always
Our drivers work within fatigue-management rules, our vehicles are maintained on schedule and our loading practices meet chain of responsibility obligations under Australian law.

How we work
Every engagement starts with a clear conversation about what needs to move, how quickly and at what budget. From there we confirm the right vehicle class, plan the route, book the window and keep you informed at each stage.
Whether you need a one-off urgent delivery or recurring scheduled freight runs, the process is the same: transparent pricing, confirmed timelines and a single point of contact who follows your consignment from pickup to proof of delivery.
